Ingredients:
Sponge cake base: wheat flour, sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, humectants (sorbitols, glycerol), cottonseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, sodium salts of fatty acids, soya lecithins), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), ethyl alcohol, salt, vanillin, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate 0.2%).
Vanilla-flavored filling 14%: palm fat, glucose syrup, dextrose, invert sugar syrup, ethyl alcohol, salt, vanillin, preservative (potassium sorbate 0.2%).
Forest fruit filling 14%: glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries 9.3%, redcurrants 8.7%, blackberries 8.0%, raspberries 7.3%, blueberries 6.7%, sugar, flavourings, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate 0.1%).
Decoration: sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel fat), skimmed milk powder, lactose, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithins), vanillin.
