Export Support
Practical export support for documentation, coordination and international trade.
Export support for non-EU orders
EU FOODS regularly supplies customers outside the European Union, including markets such as the United Kingdom, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
When an order is exported outside the EU, we coordinate the export process on our side and provide the required export declaration, together with the commercial and transport documentation for the shipment.
If the destination market requires additional paperwork, we can arrange EUR.1, certificates of origin and other relevant declarations or certificates, provided we know the requirements in advance.
Customs and documentation
Export declarations are prepared in cooperation with the customs agencies we work with, which coordinate the formal submission and processing with the relevant customs authorities.
We prepare the documentation related to the goods and provide information such as product origin and the language of the product label, so the customer can confirm whether the products meet the requirements of the destination market.
If your import process requires a specific document or certificate, let us know before the order is finalised and we will confirm whether it can be provided.
Terms based on the transaction
International orders are handled according to the agreed Incoterms, depending on the structure of the transaction and the customer's requirements.
EU FOODS covers the export-side customs processing and documentation associated with the shipment. Import procedures, local customs requirements and related costs in the destination country are handled by the customer.
Our role is to make sure the export side of the transaction is properly prepared and documented, so the shipment can leave under the agreed conditions.
